Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, and the staff always went above and beyond, making our stay truly special with personalized service and unforgettable moments.
Navigating the numerous stairs with luggage was quite challenging, and the limited dining options on-site left us wanting more variety during lunchtime and dinner.

Couple seeking a perfect getaway
We were treated like royalty. The staff really went above and beyond for us, brought our breakfast right to our room every morning, and even helped us with luggage. Another highlight was watching the sunset from our private balcony. Absolutely breathtaking!
It was a bit pricey, but still acceptable for the overall experience.

A stunning experience surrounded by breathtaking views. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, providing a lovely room upgrade and catering to specific dietary needs. Breakfast in the room was delightful, featuring big salads and fresh fruit. The location was beautiful, but the numerous stairs to reach the hotel made it challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. Additionally, the gluten-free options ran out during the stay, which was disappointing.

Stunning caldera views greet you every morning, making it hard to part with the scenery. Breakfast served on the terrace provides a personal touch, elevating the experience with every bite.
Some rooms felt cramped for two, restricting movement and storage. The Wi-Fi performance was inconsistent, often dropping out right when you needed it. The breakfast selection could use some variety, as a seven-day stay led to monotony in choices. Also, preparing for a trek down the stairs to access most areas is essential since those with mobility limitations might struggle. Additionally, the pool lacked sufficient shade, making sun exposure uncomfortable during peak hours.

Our group had an amazing time here! The breathtaking views of the caldera and the delicious breakfast served on the terrace were the highlights. We explored the beautiful nearby villages and enjoyed the pool area, perfect for catching sunsets. Just a note, there are a lot of stairs, so be prepared for a bit of a workout.
The only downside was the steep stairs. it could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Make sure you’re in good shape before heading down.
